At Go Green it’s all about the process and attention to detail. We strive first and foremost to be listeners to our clients. It is your wants and needs that matter most when it comes to delivering the final product that entails every aspect of your dream.

We will keep you involved in every stage of the build process to ensure that nothing is missed. We realize that we are building your dream home, and quite possibly your final home, so no stone goes unturned.

STEP 01

Introduction Meeting

We understand the importance of the relationship with our clients. This initial meeting is to get a feel for our potential relationship with you, we want to make sure that you feel we are the right builder for you. We will discuss your vision for your new home, your budget, and what expectations need to be defined.

Step 02

Lot Visit

Every parcel of land is different and unique in it’s own way. The lot visit is our opportunity to go over the various attributes of the land and find the ideal location for your home. Once the location has been determined it will be flagged off, elevation grades will be taken to give you an idea of your homes elevation at the building site. This is also an opportunity to make sure your vision and design of the home maximizes the full compliments of the land.
Step 03

Plan Design

Whether you have an existing plan or are starting from scratch we will help you through the plan design process. We have several architect design firms that we work with who specialize in almost every style home imaginable. We are confident we can bring your vision to life and account for every detail.
Step 04

Estimate

Once plan design is complete, a set of specifications will be drawn up detailing everything from building materials to allowances. Having the plans and specifications allows us to provide an estimate for your home build. There will be multiple times in this process to review and edit the plans and specifications to ensure we get it right. Once plans and specifications have been finalized, we will present you with one final price. This is the ideal time in the process to get with your lender if you have not done so already.
STEP 05

Construction Contract

With all of the necessary components complete we are ready to move forward with the construction contract. Copies of the signed contract, plans and specifications will then be sent to your lender. Internal workings such as permits and engineering will also be included. Once financing is ironed out, we are ready to begin construction on your new dream home!
